TARAZONA LAUNCHS THE EFFICIENCY PROJECT

The desire to overcome is something that has always characterized us. Thanks to this continuous sacrifice in order to improve, the efficiency project was launched yesterday. With it we start the Lean Manufacturing project, a new method of process analysis to identify improvement areas.

The first step is to analyze the process generated by an order since it was closed until the customer receive it in order to detect all points where we can improve our internal processes. This analysis will generate new improvement projects that will be managed by smaller working groups. In each group a leader will be established to coordinate the group in order to achieve the improvement and to manage the changes in a more efficient way.
